上海宇輝住宅工業(yè)有限公司是集裝配式建筑預(yù)制構(gòu)件的生產(chǎn)、銷(xiāo)售、安裝，技術(shù)服務(wù)及施工總承包等一體化的建筑產(chǎn)業(yè)化綜合型公司。擁有完全自主知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)的裝配式結(jié)構(gòu)體系，累積獲得國(guó)家專(zhuān)利一百多項(xiàng)，2010年住建部授予“國(guó)家住宅產(chǎn)業(yè)化基地”稱(chēng)號(hào)。公司擁有三條自動(dòng)化生產(chǎn)線(xiàn)及一條異形構(gòu)件生產(chǎn)線(xiàn)。PC構(gòu)件設(shè)計(jì)年產(chǎn)能30萬(wàn)立方米。產(chǎn)品范圍覆蓋全預(yù)制剪力墻、夾芯保溫墻板、雙面疊合剪力墻及預(yù)制梁、樓梯、陽(yáng)臺(tái)等各種異形構(gòu)件，已完成各類(lèi)PC項(xiàng)目建設(shè)500多萬(wàn)平方米。



Shanghai YuHui Housing Industry Co., Ltd. is an integrated company of building industrialization.It provides full lines of PC elements and related services. The company operation cover sproduction, sales, installation, technical services and construction general contract.

YuHui has independent intellectual property rights of Monolithic PC Structures which obtained more than one hundred patents equipped,and also was recognized as“National Housing Industrialization Base" by MOHURD (Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of the People’s Republic of China) in 2010.



The company owns three automatic production lines and a special-shaped precast elements production line.The annual capacity of the PC elements can be 300,000 ㎡.

The company products covers PC shear wall, Precast Sandwich Wall,Double Composite Shear Wall, and various special-shaped components such as precast beam, stairand balcony.

Presently,more than 5,000,000 ㎡ of the PC project construction have been completed by Yuhui.
